Dynamic Data & Scalable Architecture

To ensure the Junior Boarding School Association (JBSA) website remains a sustainable, long-term asset, I built the school directory using a dynamic data-driven approach. By registering Custom Post Types for member schools and integrating Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), I developed a modular system where each school’s unique data—such as enrollment statistics, grade ranges, and mission statements—is stored independently of the design.

I mapped these custom fields to a centralized Single School Template. This allows the association to scale effortlessly; adding a new member is as simple as filling out a form, with the design and layout populating automatically. This architecture grants each school the autonomy to manage their own profile information while maintaining a cohesive brand identity across the entire JBSA platform.
